Finding the Power of Prayer in the Word
“For the word of God is living and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the division of soul and spirit, and of joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.” Hebrews 4:12
When we read the scriptures, they can become alive as our hearts are open to the Holy Spirit. They are a guide for our lives and a foundation of God’s intents and purposes. We can also find prayers settled in the pages for us to pray with power, such as Ephesians 3: 16-19. I’ve changed the text to make it personal and in first person below:

Search the Bible for verses to make it your own and you will realize how powerful and anointed the prayers can be for you. Practice and pray.
